When can I search for PGs on Bedwise?
Soon. We are adding PGs in Hyderabad now. Tap “Notify me when PGs open near me” and sign in, and we will tell you when search opens.
My PG uses Bedwise. How do I get in?
Sign in with the phone number your owner has for you, and your room, rent and bills show up in the app. New to the PG? Ask the owner for its code and scan it.
How do I raise a complaint?
Open Complaints in the app, pick what’s wrong, add a photo if you like and send it. Your owner is told, and you can follow it until it’s resolved.
Do I get receipts for rent?
Yes. When your owner records a payment, it shows under “Rent & bills” with a receipt you can download.
Is my phone number safe?
Your PG sees your number so they can reach you about your stay. It never appears on a public page, and Bedwise never sells your data.
Do I pay Bedwise anything?
Using the app is free, and there’s no brokerage. Rent and deposit go straight to your owner.
